Questions, answered

How fast is each drawing?

Under a minute per portrait, so about 50 to 60 guests per hour. Over a 2-hour event, that can mean 100+ guests walking away with a drawing.

What can guests be drawn as?

Anything they want. Our AI lets guests type their own idea or pick a theme: superhero, cartoon, astronaut, your party's theme, or a classic portrait.

Is it really drawn by a robot?

Yes. A robotic arm draws each portrait live with a real pen, right in front of your guests.

What do guests take home?

A physical 4x6 drawing on a custom background matched to your event (names, date, logo, colors), plus a copy texted to their phone.

Can it draw groups and pets?

Yes, it draws individuals, couples, groups and pets.

Do you track me on this site?

Only anonymously. We count page views, scrolls and button clicks to improve the site, with no cookies and no IP addresses stored. Anything you type in the quote form, including a partly filled form once you enter your email, is used only to reply to you or follow up about your date.

Is there a digital-only package?

No. Every guest gets a real drawing, and the text copy is included.

How much does a robot caricature artist cost?

Robo Picasso starts at $850 for 2 hours, plus $275 for each additional hour, with setup, breakdown and an attendant included. Book it with the Magic Mirror photo booth as a combo for $1,300 (2 hours each) and save $150.

How does a robot caricature artist work?

A guest stands in front of the camera and picks a style or types their own idea. AI creates the line-art caricature, then a robotic arm draws it live with a real pen on a 4x6 card printed with your custom event background. It takes under a minute.

What is an AI caricature?

An AI caricature is a portrait where artificial intelligence turns a photo into a stylized drawing, such as anime, a superhero-style hero, an astronaut or a cartoon. With Robo Picasso, that AI drawing is then physically drawn by a robot with real ink, so it's a keepsake, not just a screen image.

Is this a digital caricature booth?

It's better than a digital-only booth: guests watch a robot draw their portrait in real ink, take home the physical 4x6 and also get a digital copy texted to their phone.

Robot vs. traditional caricature artist: what's the difference?

A traditional artist draws about 12 to 20 guests an hour. Robo Picasso draws 50 to 60 an hour, never gets tired, and lets guests be drawn as anything with AI themes. Read our full robot vs. traditional caricature artist comparison.

How many guests can it draw?

About 50 to 60 guests an hour, so a 2-hour event can mean 100+ drawings. Groups and couples can share one drawing.
